The HYDRANT is our flagship server and features twin high speed 2TB drives in a chassis that offers “Hot Swap” capability. This means the 2TB usable storage is protected by redundant hard drives (Mirror) so loss of content is highly unlikely over the life of the server. And even if a hard drive fails, replacement is as quick and easy as pushing a button.

Since the HYDRANT has plenty of on board storage for recorded HDTV, or for large collections of 1080p movies, it is the perfect solution for those who want a stand alone server. But, in the event your media collections grow beyond your expectations, the HYDRANT is fully compatible with our RESERVOIR SERIES of storage devices for almost limitless storage capacity.

Faucet

The FAUCET is our intermediate standalone server. It has twin high speed 1TB drives with Mirror redundancy (1TB usable) so data protection is the same as our flagship model. It also offers the same “Hot Swap” capability as the flagship model.

The FAUCET is a great performer and value as a starter server. It is the perfect choice for those who emphasize music, photos, and recorded HDTV content storage. But if your content grows to include collections of large 1080p movie files, the FAUCET is also fully compatible with our RESERVOIR SERIES storage devices which are right solution for those who find their collections have grown beyond original expectations.

Sprinkler

The SPRINKLER is our highest value server. It has twin high speed 500GB drives (500 GB usable) for Mirror redundant data protection dependability, and “Hot Swap” capability just like our other models. As a stand alone server the SPRINKLER is perfect for those users who stream video from IPTV or NetFlix, and whose primary storage needs are for music and photos.

The SPRINKLER is best used in multiples (up to 8) with our RESERVOIR SERIES Storage devices.
